Order Status

Once your order is placed the status of the order will change based on the status:

Awaiting Payment Payment has been received and pre-authorized but Availability has yet to be confirmed.
Manual Verification Required Order on hold while some aspect, such as documentation, is manually confirmed.
Awaiting Fulfillment The checkout process has been completed and payment has been collected.
Awaiting Shipment Order items have been pulled and packaged, and are awaiting mail collection.
Awaiting Pickup Order is ready and is awaiting customer in-store pick-up.
Completed Order with digital product file(s) are available for download.
Cancelled Seller has cancelled an order, due to a stock inconsistency, availability or other reasons.

Any Order for In-Store Pick-Up that is not picked up after 30 days will be refunded and the items will be returned to our available stock.
