Product Description

Mike "Whiskers" Allen and Pro-Tech have been friends for many years and they teamed up to create the Magic BR-1 based on Mike's fantastic bolster release mechanism. At first glance there is nothing about the BR-1 to make you suspect that it is an automatic knife; the knife lacks any visible push button that Pro-Tech knives are known for. To open the knife, the BOLSTER section of the handle slides up – this very deliberate movement is what fires the blade open and also unlocks it from the open position. This Magic BR-1 is equipped with a 154CM steel drop point blade in a Black DLC coated finish. The handle features a Black anodized aluminum frame with a pattern milled bolster and an Ivory micarta inlay for a secure grip when actuating the knife. This Magic BR-1 also features black coated hardware and tip-up pocket clip.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of the receipt of the product.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, all products returned must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
   1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
   2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. 

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days** using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. **Pending availability of the item/s.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Texas Gun Experience will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

 

Availability, Order Status, & In-Store Pick Up

In-stock items available for purchase may not always reflect our in-store inventory as we ship from several warehouses. For in-store availablity and pick up, please call us at 817-837-0323.

When placing your order for In-Store Pick Up, add your home address to the shipping field to enable the option for In-Store Pick Up as the shipping method.

Any Order set to in-store pick-up must be retrieved within 30 days of order confirmation and order status updated to "awaiting pickup" or the order may be canceled and the items returned to available inventory.

Order Statuses:

Once your order is placed the status of the order will change based on the status:

Awaiting Payment Payment has been recived but has yet to be confirmed.
Awaiting Fulfillment The checkout process has been completed and payment has been confirmed.
Awaiting Shipment Order has been pulled and packaged, and is awaiting collection.
Awaiting Pickup Order is ready and is awaiting customer pickup.
Completed Order with digital product file(s) are available for download.
Cancelled Seller has cancelled an order, due to a stock inconsistency or other reasons.

Our product availability varies by store and online, and are often available in limited quantities.
